The Family

We are William and Jill Curry, and we have a combined history of 60 years in building restoration and hotel management.

We have four adult children with backgrounds in Accounting, Sales and Marketing along with Resort Operations and Food and Beverage.  The family has a balance approach and great understanding of the Hospitality business and guest satisfaction.

Our first project is to purchase, restore, modernize and manage the Hotel Lenhart. The Hotel Lenhart was the first hotel built on Chautauqua Lake in 1880 and located on the shores of Lake Chautauqua in the Village of Bemus Point. 

 The restoration will redefine the hotel. The hotel is currently operating as it did back when it was a boarding house visited by steamboats during the summer season, a summer only business. 

Once transformed it will operate as a year-round, full-service hotel with a focus on maintaining the character that reaches back to 1880 while providing modern amenities and services.

We are beyond excited to immerse our family into the Bemus Point Community and continue the amazing hospitality the Hotel Lenhart has given this village and visiting guests.
